I really enjoy your videos. They are extremely educational and inspiring. Thank you, I will try my best to put this in practice & if at first I don’t succeed I will keep trying until I do =)

Its sad that people need to base their health on how much they weigh rather than how they look and feel. Someone could weigh nothing at all but be in terrible shape with no balance and symmetry. I know a girl thats 95 pounds, but 23% bodyfat. She looks like a rail, so is that what matters?
If people want to be in “better shape”, it starts by throwing away your scale and assuming responsibility for our actions.

eating addiction is an emotional distraction to feeling bad. If you don’t understand the emotional aspects of why you do what you do just dieting and eating right will not help you or you will lose weight and then put it right back on. in age regression hypnosis I allways find that all behavior has a cause. find it and deal with it and the behavior stops. trying to deal with consciously changing behavior is a loosing battle. see a professional.

I know you should not eat late at night if you are trying to lose weight, however, if you do become hungry within 2 hours of going to bed, what are some of the better things you can eat?

what i love about her most is not that she knows X or Y, but it is that she actually does care (or so she appears to care).

she has her head screwed on, her parents must be proud…and her husband must be destroyed lol

Yes, exercise is important and drink 3 cups of green tea every day, it really works. And it`s the most healthy drink there is;)These videos are interesting but they really miss the best tips and real truth.

  17. 7Lolaa Says:

you forgot exercise!.. well that word sounds like too much laziness so why don’t we replace it for things like..go dance..swim..skate with your friends..take a hike..that sounds much more appealing than exercise lol xD

did anyone else find that add youtube put up to be really funny/sad? if it is different for you mine was about taking acai juice and a colon cleanser to lose weight without changing anything else in the diet.

there is nothing wrong with animal protein as long as it comes from a lean source. and if you are worried about the fat content and other concerns more and more farms are breeding leaner pigs and other animals to meet the growing demand for leaner meat. lean pork will soon be the safest meat for people in terms of nutrition and quality. anyhow good luck with your vegan diet! i’ll stick to mine though

  22. yaacTV Says:

I don’t know about “best” but there are so many. contrary to popular belief, vegetables do have protein, though not as much as soy. beans, nuts, and soy have lots of protein. though, we do not need tons of protein. most people probably get twice as much as they need, and too much protein, especially animal protein, can cause cancer. basically, you can’t get a protein deficiancy unless you just dont eat. you also can get iron from leaft greens and omega 3 from flax seed oil instead of fish.

  23. VitaminTMan Says:

What’s the best Vegan source of protein??

  24. yaacTV Says:

Yeah, some vegan foods do have alot of oils, and twizzlers and oreos are also vegan. But a well balenced vegan diet high in fruits, vegetables, grains, and such, is a great way to lose weight. don’t do alot of refined foods or proccessed things. keep it simple and health :D

  25. DRDNIBOY Says:

Thats not nessecerly true. I have a freind that is vegan and he is always using Oil to make stur fryes . Also alot of the foods that are vegan require cooking in oil. So it really depends.
