no matter what i do, my legs always stay the exact same size. my stomach will change and my arms with somewhat change, but never my legs. for some people its the other way around, sometimes you cant target certain areas.

Running is good for weight loss in general. it’s an aerobic exercise which is the kind you need to do to lose weight. I’m sure 20 minutes will be fine, I have heard of 20 minute aerobic workouts, which wouldn’t be successful if they didn’t work.

You would probably get more result from a bicycle.
Lower impact and a lot greater articualtion.

It gets the whole package from calves, to hamstrings to quads and best yet the glut.s.

haha, exercising will make you lose weight in an even amount all over your body. There is no way to make yourself lose weight in a specific area and only that area. But yes, you will lose weight in your legs along with the rest of your body. And i would suggest doing other cardio, such as biking or swimming in addition to running, since 10 – 20 minutes is not too long. You can also walk.
