Good job! It does make sense. Thanks for reminding me that I have learned 17 years ago in book called Fit for life. Sadly the world did not get much better food wise, except for the wellness industry. Keep up the good work Andrea!
She comes off kind of like argumentative and yes i know shes arguing a point but its kind of agressive. I dont think she means it but its what I notice.
I recently dropped 1/5th my body wieght… I was standing at 249 pounds and have dropped to 198… Its pretty scary when your 17 and your that heavy, you really don’t know it until you look in the mirror and see for yourself.
Excellent video with some very good points in it! My mother actually drinks loads and loads of diet soda and true to effect, she hasn’t been able to lose any wheight. Whether it’s the chemicals in the drink or the stimulating sweet taste, diet sodas really do boycott one’s diet.
Ye i thought of this as well,
tip: if ur cucumbers are huge & have a nice shape its probably got some chemicals in it sumwer. i grow my own veg & they are generally small & hav weird shapes, same goes for my aunties veg in her fields in Turkey.
my japanese friend who visited london asked me y the veg here was so big! the majority of the fruit & veg here isnt organic, so its really hard to find the right foods so a bit of research wont hurt… (didnt i choose the best fruit to talk about! lol)
Wow! I couldn’t have said it any better. My son has had probs with corn since he was born and it forced me to start reading labels and I have been so awakened to “ingredients”. Unfortunately, there are tons of ingredients that are derived from corn “mono dyglycerides” to name one. Corn is the new peanut because we are being bombarded with it in our diets. I heard some good advice, if you can’t pronounce it, don’t eat it!!!!! Great video.

“Meatballs includded… in a box!”
ROFL. Just like the “Ready To Serve” bacon stacked on the shelves. You kind have to wonder about that stuff.
Haha. I love the very end.
