I congratulate you on ur success and woild appricate if you would share ur weight loss tips with me. I have suffered long enough and i am ready to mak a life change for the better. Recently married in sept this year and looking forward to becoming a mum one day! Life change comes first, without it i can’t have a baby.
Man u made me cry because i was exactly 290 lbs and ive been fighting it. I am down to 250 so i am winning but it is a struggle every day. I give up for a week then im back going strong. Your video gives me alot of inspiration to keep on trucking through all the hard times and that it can actually be done. So thanks and best of luck to you!
Way to go…Let me just say that I have suffered with pcos since I was diagnosed in 1998 at he age of 24. All I have ever wanted was to be a Mommy, my husband and I tried for years with fertility treatments and all and nothing. I like you knew I had to lose weight so I did. I went from 220 to 162. Then guess what…pregnant… After just having baby number 3 on 11/03/08 I am back on the weight loss journey. Just a little advice….just enjoy your pregnancy…. You CAN lose it again. Good luck
I am so proud of you cyster:)Such an inspiration. i knew in my heart for yrs i had pcos but my doc just ignored me & told me my symptoms were nothing.i went to a specialist and found out i was right. i was overweight…this was about 5wks ago. so far i lost 8lbs which considering the amount of calories i burn and the foods i eat i should have lost at least 11. i know w/ pcos its harder. i am scared to take the pill and gain weight. according to the BMI i am now only 1lb overweight!!!:)yayy

Thank you! I’ve recently decided 2 months ago to loose my pcos weight. I have a 10 month old (took us three years) and have had it with the weight. My goal weight is 145, slightly higher than my wedding weight 6 years ago. I have 30 left and you motivated me, because I’ve maintained for the last 3 weeks. Thanks again! You look great and congrats!
My best female friend from high school developed PCOS in adult hood. She has achieved some great things with her life after same serious lows. You have the same smile. Strong, free and beautiful. Looking great!!
I woke up this morning tired, and I decided to youtube weight lose with PCOS, and saw your video. Thanks for posting because I really was SO TIRED… I am tired of gaining weight and tired of people not understanding what it feels like to have PCOS.Especially when I was always a normal weight and in 2 years gained 70 pounds. But thanks for the video.
Simply AMAZING! You are truly and blessing and inspiration to us all. I too suffer with PCOS and I am really at my wits end. I don’t want to have to take meds the rest of my lift to “control” it. I want it and the weight to be GONE! Good luck on your journey…

Were you on medication to control PCOS during this lifestyle change, and was weight the only symptom you were experiencing?

Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO
Omg, I freaked out at the high glycemic index list! I eat so many of those foods daily! I just ate bagels and jelly beans today!
