Way to go…Let me just say that I have suffered with pcos since I was diagnosed in 1998 at he age of 24. All I have ever wanted was to be a Mommy, my husband and I tried for years with fertility treatments and all and nothing. I like you knew I had to lose weight so I did. I went from 220 to 162. Then guess what…pregnant… After just having baby number 3 on 11/03/08 I am back on the weight loss journey. Just a little advice….just enjoy your pregnancy…. You CAN lose it again. Good luck

I am so proud of you cyster:)Such an inspiration. i knew in my heart for yrs i had pcos but my doc just ignored me & told me my symptoms were nothing.i went to a specialist and found out i was right. i was overweight…this was about 5wks ago. so far i lost 8lbs which considering the amount of calories i burn and the foods i eat i should have lost at least 11. i know w/ pcos its harder. i am scared to take the pill and gain weight. according to the BMI i am now only 1lb overweight!!!:)yayy

Thank you! I’ve recently decided 2 months ago to loose my pcos weight. I have a 10 month old (took us three years) and have had it with the weight. My goal weight is 145, slightly higher than my wedding weight 6 years ago. I have 30 left and you motivated me, because I’ve maintained for the last 3 weeks. Thanks again! You look great and congrats!

Thanks for posting because I really was SO TIRED… I am tired of gaining weight and tired of people not understanding what it feels like to have PCOS.Especially when I was always a normal weight and in 2 years gained 70 pounds. But thanks for the video.

Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO

Omg, I freaked out at the high glycemic index list! I eat so many of those foods daily! I just ate bagels and jelly beans today!
