what about a crash diet without exercise? you naturally burn a fair amount of calories per day just by doing nothing..lower your caloric intake to 400-600 a day, take some centrum silver and you’re good to go. additionally, just make 400-600 intake meat, eat some low calorie vegetables and done
just make adjustments as soon as you finish the crash diet read the rapid fat loss by lyle macdonald its a great book i would do it but im tryng to put on muscle lol
probably, but a crash diet is basically a starvation diet, so it will not work long term, because you are not getting enough nutrients in the body. That’s just what I’ve heard.
let me break it down, everybody has a different metabolic typing. so if ur metabolic typing is low u might not be too bothered about losing muscle tissue temporarily. hence the saying ‘one mans food is another mans poison’. So in order to ‘get by’ it could be possible to push the limits of the body whilst re-boosting ur metabolism. Don’t take my word for it, tr it:)
let me explain, i.e. first go on a master cleanse for detoxification (max 45 days). As soon as u come off take cla (conjugated linuloic acid) supplements with a teaspoon of coconut oil and 1or two tea cups of green tea. meantime take protein supplements and work does muscles, the weight will stay off, true talk. Going on a low calorie diet does not remove the toxins hence the weight comes back etc.. in addition u get mental clarity during the master cleanse with good sex drive, i should know, ha
hey, rapid weight loss isn’t soo bad if u eat correctly and take the right natural supplements. think about, an overweight person has a low metabolism anyway due to parasite/toxin infection in the gut. So sometimes a rapid weight loss segment is the best response
5^ for the video. Kinda off topic but you said we don’t wanna lose muscle weight but what about losing weight in the form of water retention in the muscles? When I stopped eating creatine foods for a while I lost size but not strength. =x
Why would you need any of these diets? Paleo humans had different food availability, so maybe they ate differently. Some were in Africa and only some were effected by the ice age. Who knows exactly what is optimal but we know hormones and cultivated fruits, pesticides, gluten, etc. expecial recently introduced proccessed foods, aint good for us and thats what ‘paleo diet’ gets right, apart from making evolutionary assumptions.
yeah man hes a certified diet and exercise guru, hes also smart and a good person. He didnt sell out. what do you mean “whatever the hell he is” Are you that retarded you dont know what he is?
If your gonna talk shit at least make sense. How does he not have the body to show for all these theories and methods, The man clearly walks the walk.
i am on the atkins diet for the first 2 weeks i have to count my carbs 20g which is alot easy than counting calories
but the thing is if i dont count the calories and i go over the 2,500 for a man a day how can i lose weight?
if you followed him and subscribed you would get a glimps of his body, He has a nice ass body! he has amazing definition so dont make assumptions of one video please.

I would very much like to know the answer to that too…
If you made your body not react to exercise then how do you overcome it

2500 calorie is a very generic total,
Atkins is not a sustainable diet, the gains are normally short lived.
Try eating a paleo/neanderthin diet with good exercise, weight lifting and interval training, you can’t go far wrong like that!

Weight loss made simple:
1. Eat plenty of protein
2. Have an adequate intake of good fats.
3. The real key! Substitute fruits for grains/rice as a carb source. I’m convinced this is how homo sapiens are supposed to eat.
4. Eat plenty of fresh vegetables.
5. EXERCISE!
6. Drink plenty of water and avoid liquid calories like the plague they are. Avoid artificial sweetening frankenmolecules.
Do this consistently and you WILL NOT be fat. Guaranteed!
