First ,you should pay attention to your diet ,keep you healthy ,drink more water ,it can help you ,less fat ,less sugar.Second ,you should do more exercise such as walking ,swimming ..Exercises can keep you feel good,losing weight is not transitory job ,do it gradually,so you should have a plan to go ,I find a review about losing weight by accident,maybe it can help you .GOOD LUCK.
