Ladies… If the split squat with the dumbbell is too difficult for you than you can also do it with your body weight. This will help your center of gravity,
i thought that depended on what body type you have. i’m big boned and i gain a lot of muscle compared to the amount of fat i loose. the only thing that worked the fat off was not eatting any grains, eatting only small portions and not eatting after 8.
“gaga2bechillin” – You don’t need to lose weight. You need to lose fat. Muscle weighs more than fat, but is much, much leaner. You don’t have to worry about bulking up. Women don’t have enough testosterone to gain muscle mass without using drugs or spending insane amounts of time with very, very heavy weights. Keep weights at 25 and below and your golden. Can probably do more, but I can’t speak from experience. Give it a shot!
Just have one little question: how do exercise so you can actually do exercise nr 2 (split lunges). I cannot for the life of me get down on my knees like that.
So how do you train to get to that level?
I can do all the other exercises. I do them already, but my legs? Eh, that’s hard.
its just all about motivation. since im a cheerleader i justdo sum simple exercises like toe touches and lunges but u can really do n e thing. its just all about motivation. n drink 3 big cups of green tea a day and eat at least half a grapefruit. i like to put a bit of salt on mine LOL
u should try the 3-day diet. i lost like 10 pounds in 5 days with tht stuff. remember to excercise and you have so much more motivation wen you have music=). n remember to drink lots of green tea bcuz it boosts ur metabolism and eat grapefruit bcuz it burns fat. hope this is helpful. you can totally do it=)
hi my name is michael and im 15 years old and im about 13 stone im 5 foot 8 and i have quite a bit of musle but still fat i only need to lose about 1 stone and a half. iv started joggin 10 miles every two days im trying to eat helthy but this it to all the people out there to lose waight dont hold it off there is no time like the present and every snack counts so just eat fuit and some thing small for tea and do a bit a joggin or some thing els and u’ll see the diffrens just dont give up!
I am a 13 year old at 170 pounds……i am a fatass and i fear i might die so i need someone to reply to this comment telling me the FASTEST way for me to lose weight =[
