I really hope you keep making those videos cause they´ve changed my whole thinking of food and life, everytime i go and get something unhealthy for me i think, do i really want this… and think of your videos:)

you must love chocolate chips cookies as much as I USED to! you’ve mentioned many times and I react each time…it’s yucky to me now…if I must have one…I usually have a south beach one and I’m fine.
There’s nothing wrong with being healthy, but surely you can have a chocolate chip cookie once in a while? It’s not “disgusting, greasy crap” or whatever. It may be sugary and everything, but if I have a couple of cookies I don’t feel dreadful the next day – bloated and nauseated and shivering with self-loathing.
I just want to say how amazing you are. I’m so glad that I’ve found you here and will definitely check your other videos and website. I am sure that you are an inspiration to so many women out there counting me! I’ve already been trying to lose weight for over 4 years with no success and I’ve started the journey again this time I’m actually having progress and after watching all of your vids I feel like it’s going to be easier and better than I expected it to be! You’re a lifesaver!!!
im not a woman, but that was interesting to see it completely change my view on trying to lose weight. I always ask other people what i need, and how to work out. But i never really thought about it being my decision on what i wanna do. very motivational, and inspiring. thx for the post.

What you’re saying is so simple, but for so long, it never really clicked in my head. You really set it straight for me, and inspired me to actually feel what’s going on in my body instead of looking in a food log to see what I should eat at 9 AM, noon, and 3. Thanks SOO much!!
Thank you for this video— since I’ve started working out 3-weeks ago, I’ve been able to analyze my relationship with food and I’ve found that it’s been largely part of my upbringing and cultural (I am of Asian decent). Growing up, I was taught to not waste food and practiced finishing up my plate and “filling up”. Lately, I have been practicing a lot of self control. Some people are simply comfortable in their unhealthy lifestyle and unwilling to change. It is def internal. It is CONTROL.
ive been trying to lose weight but i always get off for somereason. im going to put up a fat pitchure of myself. when i used to skilly i felt so good i felt like jogging all day long and greeting people. im starting a diet in 3 days(we have 3 parties this weekend) i wiill get back to guys to say how im doing
