I have always used hydroxycut. I used it and lost 40 pounds with diet and excercise. I would recommend it highly.

Taking any other “diet pill” is only going to do absolutely nothing or harm you.

Weight loss pills can be dangerous so you should only take them for short periods of time and under a doctor’s supervision. They don’t work long term, you will gain it back because you need a lifestyle change of good eating and fitness habits.
