the best option is to have a friend/family member that you see routinely, unless you want to pay for like a personal trainer at a gym or a nutritionist’s visits
If you can join a gym, do it. Most fitness establishments have trainers available. At my gym they have training packages. I got three sessions for $75, and that helped me a LOT. It’s not like you have to have a full time trainer. Just a few sessions can motivate you, because they teach you routines matched to your goals.
But I guess the bottom line is, no one can “motivate” you, except for YOU. Part of motivation is not waiting until you “feel” like doing something. What I had to do was just DO IT, and the feelings followed.
The trainers at Bally’s Total Fitness are great… i also needed motivation so I got a trainer… I lost 32lbs in 2 1/2 months…. everytime I though I didn’t want to go to the gym or thought I would sneak in some snack.. I stopped myself knowing that my trainer would be disapointed. So ya.. they really keep you going!
Good Luck!
maybe you could find an online buddy to help you? you could do daily check-ins…although i guess you could be lying, but its easier to lie to yourself than someone else, even if its just someone online.
did that make sense? i don’t know…i’ll help you though, if you want
