Well man i have some really really good tip on slimming down. Visit my channel and watch the bridesmadefit intro first to see what i looked like then. My next video will show you the exercise routine i undertook that slimmed me down pretty quick depending on what eating method you take. Took me 3 weeks and i still have more results coming.
